Painting has always been my passion.

My emotions fuse with color and pattern as I paint.

​

Most of my works are large-scale, surreal, figurative paintings, interwoven with symbolic references, portraying the emotion of  life experiences. My works have been characterized as "colorful personal narratives".

​

My most recent works are playful representations of an internal landscape, depicting the organic flow of shapes, with emphasis on the beauty of  pattern. Some are imaginary and others found in nature all around reflected in my ‘Portable Art’ series of triptychs, double-sided ( 4’x 6’), floor screens. These triptychs can be displayed free standing, as a room divider or as large-format wall hangings.

Another ongoing series, ‘Painting in the Round’, are circular canvases of various sizes

from ( 3’ to 4’ ) in diameter. 

​

My paintings can be acquired for private collections and public spaces.

I have painted works as large as ( 10’ x 18’ ) for use as theatrical stage sets and backdrops for salon events.

​

I am open to commission work and to recreating smaller size, variations of my featured works. 

 

Several of my paintings are now in private collections along the US East Coast and Europe.
